【小学生英语作文:MySummerVacation】Last summer, I had a very fun and interesting vacation. I went to my grandpa's house in the countryside. It was a beautiful place with green trees and clear rivers.

Every morning, I woke up early and helped my grandpa feed the chickens and collect eggs. I also learned how to plant vegetables in the garden. It was very exciting to see the plants grow day by day.

In the afternoon, I played with my cousin. We rode bikes, swam in the river, and sometimes we went fishing. Sometimes we just sat under the big tree and talked about our school life.

At night, we ate delicious food together. My grandma cooked many tasty dishes. After dinner, we watched TV or told stories. It was very peaceful and happy.

I also visited some places near my grandpa's house. We went to a small mountain and climbed it. From the top, I could see the whole village. It was very beautiful.

Although I missed my friends and school, I really enjoyed my summer vacation. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. I hope I can go there again next summer.
