I remember when I was a child, my mother used to teach me how to make dumplings. At first, I couldn't wrap them well, but after many times, I got better. Making dumplings with my family is a happy time for me. We chat and laugh while we work, which makes the process fun.

Not only do I enjoy eating dumplings, but I also like learning about their history. Dumplings have been part of Chinese culture for thousands of years. Some people say that they were invented by a famous doctor named Zhang Zhongjing. He made dumplings to help people stay warm during cold weather.
