【学校郊游初中英语作文】Last weekend, my school had a field trip to a nearby park. It was a great day for all of us. We got up early in the morning and met at the school gate. The teacher checked our names and then we all boarded the bus.

The journey took about an hour, and during the ride, we talked and laughed a lot. Some students even sang songs. When we arrived at the park, it was very beautiful. There were tall trees, green grass, and a small lake. We were excited to see such a peaceful place.

After arriving, the teacher divided us into groups and gave us some activities to do. We played games, had a picnic, and took photos together. I enjoyed the time with my classmates the most. We shared food, talked about our favorite subjects, and even played football on the grass.

In the afternoon, we went on a short walk around the lake. The weather was nice, and the air was fresh. We saw many birds and butterflies flying around. It was a wonderful experience for me.

At the end of the day, we returned to school. Everyone was tired but happy. I think this field trip was not only fun but also a good way to relax and spend time with friends. I hope we can go on another trip soon.
